History of the megamix: Soul Show 1983 Edit Mix

More Boomboxes will be released but it is a painfully slow process, which I will not go into here. The good news is that there is a 48 min Boombox mix which will be released soon.

History of the megamix: Soul Show 1983 Edit Mix

Meanwhile I found this little funky gem for all you old school phunksters out there. It is an edit mix from 1983 that was produced with 36 records and our friend Mr Razorblade and his palster Woody the Block. The mix has that raw energy from early splice mixes and originally aired on Ferry Maat's Soul Show back in 1983 on TROS Radio in the Netherlands. Check out the Soul Show Web Site for more info.

Artists spliced and diced include D Train, Sharon Brown, Man Parrish, Howard Jones, Human League, Vanity 6, Teena Marie, Rocker's Revenge, BBQ Band, Whispers, Evelyn King, Skyy, Time, Central Line, Gap Band etc.
